Go into your work week restored and rebalanced. Restorative Yoga is a practice that allows you to slow down, tune in with your body and mind, and deeply stretch muscles in a supported way by use of blocks, bolsters, sandbags, blankets and eye pillows. May cause reduced stress, increased peace of mind, alleviate muscle tension and cause a great night’s sleep. 💤
